Microsoft announced five downloadable games that will be featured in its annual Summer of Arcade promotion, including titles like Halfbrick's Fruit Ninja Kinect and Supergiant's Bastion. This year's lineup includes Signal Studios' action-strategy title Toy Soldiers: Cold War, Fuelcell's 2D sidescroller Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet, Halfbrick's iOS port Fruit Ninja Kinect, Supergiant's action RPG Bastion, and Ubisot Montpellier's god game From Dust. Now in its fourth year and kicking off on July 20, Summer Of Arcade is a five-week campaign promoting a new and standout Xbox Live Arcade release each week. The publicity typically boosts overall sales on the platform during the period, as well as sales for the games in the lineup. Previous titles featured through Summer of Arcade include Playdead Studios' Independent Games Festival award winner Limbo, Chair Entertainment's Shadow Complex, and RedLynx's Trials HD.
