Microsoft has announced that its next regular Xbox Live Arcade update will see the addition of Capcom's arcade shooter Wolf of the Battlefield: Commando 3 and Frogger 2, a sequel to Konami's classic arcade original. First announced in March and developed by Backbone Entertainment, Capcom says top-down shooter Commando 3 will feature multiplayer support for up to three players both online and off, with automatic difficulty adjustment, and the usual selection of leaderboards and achievements. The company also notes that along with the purchase of the game, players will be automatically eligible to participate in the beta test for its forthcoming Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix, due June 25th. Developed by Voltex, Microsoft says Frogger 2 will expand on the original "with more than 15 challenging levels that feature new enemies and obstacles" across five environments. The game will feature support for up to four players on Xbox Live with two multiplayer modes including Race Mode and Jewel Duel. Both games will be available Wednesday, June 11th, at price points of 800 Microsoft Points ($10) each.
