Exercising, eating healthily and maintaining a good work/life balance are all essential to help keep fit and healthy. But now the focus is not just on the body - it is also on the brain. The product that is currently taking Japan by storm, and will help give your brain a good workout, is making its way to Europe. Nintendo's Dr Kawashima's Brain Training: How Old Is Your Brain? launches on the Nintendo DS across Europe on 19th May 2006.
Dr. Kawashima's Brain Training launched in Japan in May 2005 and has already sold over 1.8 million copies, still holding the top spot in the software charts. Sales of the game actually peaked during unconventional times for high video games sales, such as the Japanese Respect-for-the-Aged Day and research conducted has shown that two-thirds of total purchasers in Japan are 25 years old or above. In Japan the second version of Brain Training hit the shelves in December 2005 and has already sold over a staggering 1.5 million copies.
So, don't forget 'Dr. Kawashima's Brain Training: How Old Is Your Brain?' launches across Europe on 19th May 2006 at the estimated retail price of around £20.
