Santa Monica, CA - February 3, 2006 - Activision, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATVI) and Lionhead Studios announced today the availability of a PC game demo for The MoviesTM. Currently available at http://www.lionhead.com/themovies/demo.html, PC gamers can download the official 285 MB demo which provides an in-depth introduction to the Story Mode, where players are guided through how to become the ultimate Hollywood movie mogul by building and managing all aspects of their own movie studio from talent and resources to research and development.
The Movies for Windows PC is available now for a suggested retail price of $39.99 and is rated "T" (Teen with blood and gore, crude humor, mild language, sexual themes, use of alcohol and tobacco, and violence) by the ESRB.
