GLASGOW, UK and CTIA Wireless, New Orleans - 16th March 2005 - Picsel Technologies Ltd., a provider of solutions that enable intuitive interaction with rich content on small screen devices, and Japan's leading content provider Bandai Networks Co. Ltd., have today announced a strategic partnership to co-develop exciting rich mobile content services based upon Picsel's ground breaking content platform.
Leveraging the Japanese giant's established mobile partnerships, the agreement also appoints Bandai Networks as a tier one sales partner and licensee of Picsel's product line. The agreement was arranged by Khazana, Inc., Picsel's established sales partner and licensee in Japan.
Further announcements featuring Bandai Networks, Picsel, Khazana and other major Japanese corporations will be announced in Q2 and Q3 2005.

For the first time in mobile, Picsel's content platform delivers converged content, allowing myriad content formats to be 'mixed and matched' to create new mobile experiences. Thus, new services such as enhanced mobile comics can be created featuring cell animations, integrated sub games and web connectivity - all through a single application interface.
