The Shard in London, Chrysler Building in New York, Burj Khalifa in Dubai - those, as well as many others, are some of the most incredible buildings ever created on the face of the world. Thanks to the Construction Manager you can also create a structure that will forever leave its mark on the world's history.
Construction Manager, a game by Sim Farm, is a simulator that puts you in the shoes of, you guessed it, a construction manager. But you are not limited to just that job - you will also be able to design your buildings.
Fight for contracts for your company - find the most suitable for you and your workers. You will have to manage not only a construction site, but also the workers working on it. To keep up with the schedule you will need to employ enough of them, keep them motivated, and most of all - you will need to pay them on time. Keep them happy or they will go on strike. And be aware of the delays - you don't want to have any fines for setbacks.
But to push the construction of your buildings forward you will also need fully functional machines. Keep an eye on them, be sure to repair them when they will need them, and buy new ones. Grow your company to get more profitable contracts.
