Renowned experts in the gaming industry graced the conference, including Allan Simosen, the Chairman of International Game Developer Association (IGDA) Singapore Chapter who gave a succinct presentation on leveraging the online community, and Mr. Robert Krakoff from Razer, who provided the audience insights into the future of gaming.

"The WCG 2005 conference demonstrates World Cyber Game's commitment towards promoting the future development of the gaming industry by stimulating discussion and debate on issues pertinent to the industry. This year's conference has been a huge success, contributing to World Cyber Games' growth into an international computer and video games festival that goes beyond the competition itself," said Mr. Hank Jeong, President and CEO of International Cyber Marketing, organizer for the World Cyber Games.

It was another active day at the sponsor pavilion as the crowd reviewed latest products from Samsung, Intel and Razer. For student Dave Li, the exhibition gave him the opportunity to try out new chipsets and buy the newest gaming products.

The third day of the tournament tomorrow will showcase the championship matches for four of the eight games played at the tournament: Halo 2TM, Need for SpeedTM: Underground 2, Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War and Dead or Alive Ultimate.

All events at the Grand Final are telecasted through MediaCorp, WCG's official broadcaster. Samsung is a worldwide sponsor of the World Cyber Games.
