Dragon feeding party platformer gets new demo this week.

Toronto, Ontario – 20 February 2022 – Independent game studio Mega Power Games is bringing a new and improved DepowerBall demo for players to experience during Steam Next Fest. This demo will feature brand new powers and game mechanics for players to experience!
DepowerBall is a dragon feeding, skill eliminating, revenge seeking party platformer. Every match, each player starts with the same set of powers to try and accomplish their task of pleasing the Dragon Queen by feeding her delicious treats! When a player wins a round, he or she will earn the Queen’s favour, but will earn the wrath of the other players as they even the odds and vote to take away one of the winner’s powers! In the world of Depowerball, you will need to adapt to your changing conditions in order to win or get left behind as the other players take advantage of your weakened state!
For Steam Next Fest, players will get the chance to play and experience four brand new powers in the DepowerBall universe: the Rail Gun, the One-Way Shield, the Jetpack, and the Blink power. To contend with this new influx of powers we are also introducing the Power Draft, a mechanic that takes place prior to a match where players will collectively vote on which powers they want to use for their upcoming match. This creates even more strategic opportunities, as players will need to think ahead before they even deliver their first treat.
DepowerBall is also introducing the first iteration of Spectator Mode. Whether you are casting a game live for an audience or for private amusement, Spectator Mode will provide new ways for players to entertain themselves.

And with the chance to play online as well as spectate, that will provide many more hours of fun entertainment.
