[Delaware, United States - October 24, 2024] - Evil spirits, twisted nightmarish creatures, cultists, and more have run amok in the cursed burial grounds of Haunted Lands. In this dark and bloody retro action platformer, choose from five playable characters, each with unique abilities and playstyles as you comb through the ruins of old crypts and tombs to defeat hordes of undead enemies and bosses. Haunted Lands launches on PC via Steam in 2025.
The haunted lands need saving and only you can save the burial grounds overrun by all manner of enemies. In the Haunted Lands, select a Gunner to destroy foes from a safe distance, a Beast to leap, pounce, and tear apart creatures with sharp claws, or a Mage to utilize an arsenal of powerful and versatile lightning spells as you fight through the night. Between common minions and wicked cultists, their buffed elite versions, as well as challenging bosses, players have their work cut out for them no matter which of the five playable characters they choose.
As you purge these Haunted Lands, acquire artifacts to enhance both the offensive and defensive capabilities of the Gunner, Beast, and Mage. There are plenty of artifacts to collect, and the most powerful ones can even entirely change some of your characters’ skills. If you’re craving a challenge try completing every objective with each character, and discover every hidden secret, too. Only the best will descend into the abyss of Haunted Lands’ hell and come back unscathed.
