The developers of the indie game "Fireside" want your feedback and travel stories to improve their game

The German indie studio Emergo Entertainment is looking to involve the community with the development of their wholesome game “Fireside”. You can quickly register via Steam to get free early access as a tester via Steam’s new playtest feature and even submit your campside story to be integrated into the game!

The game focuses on the breaks of a journey. Instead of a grand adventure hacking and slaying the player engages in talking and trading at the campfire. Because the player talks to a diverse cast of characters on their journey the studio is looking for a diverse set of stories, this video shows how they’re looking to integrate them into their game!

“We felt that there are too few games focused on sharing and helping others.” says Paul Redetzky “For Fireside, we want the game to be about sharing and also share the development with the community! But opportunities to truly involve the community in development are rare. Gathering a diverse set of stories to tell at the campfire is one of them though, in our opinion.”

If you want to submit your story to Fireside simply write a 50-word summary to this google form and sign up to playtest the game via their steam page.
