Berlin, 18th October 2024 –The much-anticipated Open Loot Open Beta for "The Desolation" is set to launch on October 18. Berlin-based developer Stratosphere Games offers players an immersive experience packed with new features, challenges, and rewards to celebrate this milestone. Together with Open Loot a beta giveaway will reward the first 50,000 players with Platinum Boxes, worth 250.000$ in total.
The highlight is the long awaited second update of the economy system of "The Desolation" which introduces a range of exciting features designed to enhance gameplay. Players can look forward to a comprehensive crafting update that reintroduces all previous weapons, allowing for greater customization and strategy. The modular weapon system will enable players to modify their gear for optimal performance, and the new weapon dismantling feature allows for resource recovery from unwanted items. Additionally, players can gather new resources like Titanium, Iron, and Aluminum to further enhance their crafting options.
To keep the gameplay fresh and engaging, new enemies will also be introduced, along with Season 12, titled The Shielded Season, which will bring exciting content and challenges, all supported by essential balancing and quality of life updates. Furthermore, a new dungeon, the Floating Fortress, promises thrilling challenges and hidden treasures. All players will also be able to enjoy various ingame-events that feature XP-boosts or increased drop rates.
