EDYN now available for free via Early Access on Steam

UK, November 21 - Free-to-play real-time strategy game EDYN is now available to play in Early Access on Steam.

After a successful closed alpha that saw developer Galestorm Games tweak and modify the game based on community feedback, EDYN releases today, with early adopters offered the exclusive Founder’s Pack for $30.00.

While the core game remains free, the cosmetic Founder’s Pack is the chance for fans to support the continued development of the game. As well as earning the title of Founder – something that won’t be offered again once EDYN leaves Early Access – the pack also includes a bundle of cool cosmetics to distinguish players through unique head, body, and accessory slots.

The Founder’s Pack includes;

EDYN is a unique multiplayer online real-time strategy game, where players command huge armies, build mighty settlements, and go head-to-head with rivals across a dynamic realm.

Taking on one of eight distinct factions, players make allies and enemies, commanding armies made up of a diverse selection of units with their own roles and strengths. From a War Room, players commit resources to their settlements, launch raids, deploy units to battle, defend, and conquer opponents in a world of ever-shifting loyalties.

With no ‘pay-to-win’ mechanics currently planned for EDYN, players of the base free-to-play version of the game will not be at any disadvantage at launch. The Founder’s Pack will be available for a limited time, and will not be available after EDYN leaves Early Access.
