MALMÖ, Sweden – Nov. 8, 2023 – Saddle up, partner! Tuxedo Labs and Saber Interactive are excited to take Teardown back in time with the “Time Campers” campaign expansion DLC, coming to PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam on Nov. 15. The award-winning destructive heist game’s first premium DLC introduces new missions, maps, tools, horses, and more. “Time Campers” will be available as part of Teardown’s new Season Pass for $29.99, or as a standalone purchase for $7.99.
“Time Campers” puts Teardown players in the seats of a time-traveling camper van destined for the old times of the Wild West. When the camper breaks down, you’ll need to use creative problem-solving to find and pilfer old-timey materials in an attempt to get the time machine back into working order. The standalone campaign introduces a new storyline and character, a suite of period-appropriate tools, and two new maps: an old mining town with a gunpowder factory, as well as a map featuring a train station, sheriff's office and ravine.
The “Time Campers” DLC is just the first of four new content packs coming before the end of 2024. The next DLC, “Folkrace,” is scheduled to come out in the spring, officially bringing destructive racing to the game with new modes, racetracks, and vehicles. Players can get the first two DLC packs by picking up the Deluxe Edition of Teardown, or all four packs by purchasing the game’s Season Pass or the Ultimate Edition of Teardown.
Teardown is available now on PC via Steam and will launch on Nov. 15 for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation®5, and PlayStation®Plus Extra/Premium/Deluxe. Xbox players can pre-order the game today to receive early access to bonus content, including the vehicle-based Löckelle Motor Park game map and two heavy-duty monster trucks.
