Partnership Agreement With Boost Mobile™ Allows Gameloft To Access 1.2 Million New Subscribers

Gameloft | NEW YORK - April 15, 2005 - Gameloft®, a leading developer and publisher of video games for mobile phones, announced today a partnership agreement with Boost MobileTM, a lifestyle-based telecommunications brand that develops and distributes wireless communications products for the youth market. The agreement allows Boost Mobile's 1.2 million customers to download and play a wide range of Gameloft titles.

The youth market makes up a significant percentage of Gameloft's target audience. The partnership agreement complements the company's marketing strategy and adds to its growing distribution network.

Boost MobileTM customers select the following award-winning Gameloft titles they want on Boost LIVETM, an ever-growing catalog of wireless entertainment content from Boost, and then purchase them over the air directly from their Boost MobileTM pay-as-you-go phone using existing call credits:
