London, UK & San Mateo, CA - 31st October 2005: I-play, the mobile games company, today announced that Brian Greasley has stepped down as CEO of the company. David Gosen, currently Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed acting Chief Executive with immediate effect.
The company's lead shareholders, Apax and Argo expressed their continuing commitment to I-play and their strong confidence in the market for mobile entertainment. The Board expressed its thanks to Brian for leading the company through four significant years of its development.
