Recently recognised as 'the breakout company for 2006' by Avenue A/Razorfish and voted into the OnHollywood top 100 private companies, IGA has launched a hunt for the rising stars of the publishing, advertising and interactive industries in the US and UK to spearhead the in-game advertising revolution.

Having secured $12 million in funding last month, the in-game advertising specialist is looking to triple its headcount in the next 12 months across all regions to meet unprecedented demand and build on its success to date.

It has been predicted that the in-game advertising sector will be worth $1 billion by 2009 and IGA anticipates an exponential surge in advertisers' adoption of innovative media as response to traditional advertising continues to wane. The company is seeking qualified and motivated candidates at all levels.

"Whether you're interested in media or games, in-game advertising is clearly the breakout sector for career growth. As the only company capable of delivering a complete in-game advertising solution, we offer a unique platform for ambitious media visionaries," said Justin Townsend, CEO at IGA Worldwide. "Our recruitment drive comes hot on the heels of two top industry awards which, combined with our recent funding, shows the phenomenal momentum we've created for the company."

"We're giving talented people the opportunity to work closely with the real innovators in the in-game advertising industry. New recruits would be able to develop campaigns for leading global brands such as Ben Sherman, Red Bull and Orange, work with top publishers, and most importantly have a hand in shaping the hottest advertising sector."

"As a leading venture capital investor, we recognise the potential of this industry and of IGA," said Steve Schlenker, managing partner at DN Capital. "I suggest that anyone with energy, drive and passion who wants to be part of a thriving, dynamic company within the media space should consider this opportunity. IGA has a dream client roster and list of titles, and with this current aggressive expansion of its human capital, IGA will truly excel."
