Founders John Davis and John Webb, formerly European Marketing Director and Global Brand Director respectively of leading games publisher Eidos, have over 30 years experience in interactive entertainment, FMCG and online marketing. 16 years of this has been spent in senior positions in the games industry, working on and growing some of the biggest and most successful games entertainment franchises of all time, including: Lara Croft Tomb Raider, Resident Evil, Civilization, Championship Manager, Tycoon and Hitman. This industry experience provides direct insights into clients' needs and concerns, whilst providing an external objective viewpoint helping companies to 'see the wood for the trees'.

John Davis - Joint Managing Director
John has 14 years of experience in the entertainment software industry. In this time he has helped develop and manage some of the biggest and most successful brands in the sector's history including Civilization, Lara Croft Tomb Raider, The Tycoon Series, Resident Evil, Grand Prix and Hitman. After graduating from Middlesex University and the Ecole Superieure de Commerce, France with degrees in European Business Administration, John entered the business software world with ICL. He moved on to MicroProse, one of the fore-runners of the entertainment software industry and then to Eidos, where he spent nine years, most recently as European Marketing Director. John has broad experience in NPD, brand marketing, marketing communications and sponsorship and is a trained management coach.
John Webb - Joint Managing Director
John has worked on and managed some of the biggest and most progressive brands in their respective fields. After graduating from Lancaster University with a degree in Business Management, he went on to work in the FMCG sector on brands including Buitoni Pasta, Jammie Dodgers and the iconic grocery brand, Heinz Baked Beans. Moving into New Media, John joined the world's leading Internet company, Yahoo!, initially as Senior Marketing Manager for the UK before moving onto European Head of Marketing. Whilst at Yahoo! he was responsible for managing the company's sponsorship of the 2002 FIFA World Cup. He subsequently joined games publisher Eidos as Global Brand Director in early 2004, and won the World Promax Gold Award for the Best Consumer Promotion Campaign with Championship Manager.
