December 9th 2005, Northamptonshire, UK: After donating a number of its titles to NCH - The Children's Charity projects throughout the UK last year, Liquid Games is now running a competition for young people using NCH's services to design a cover for its forthcoming fairytale adventure game, Quest For Sleeping Beauty.

One overall winner will not only see their design made up into a cover but will also receive a copy of the game plus a PS2 to play it on for their project. Ten other NCH projects will also benefit from copies of the game featuring the runners' up winning designs on the covers.

A judging panel comprising games industry luminaries and NCH representatives will announce the winners on March 20th, with invites being issued on March 27th to relevant media to attend the prize giving ceremony which will take place on April 10th, just in time for the Easter holiday.

Speaking about the competition, Liquid's publishing director, Kevin Hassall said:

"Liquid Games first became involved with NCH around our launch, last Christmas, and after a very busy year we're delighted to be able to work with them again. NCH's work with children throughout the UK is profoundly important, and we have the utmost respect for what they do."

Through their support services, the NCH helps vulnerable children throughout the UK reach their full potential. This support ranges from adoption and family placement services, through to education, disability services, family projects,

health and well being, children's rights and youth projects.

NCH Regional Fundraiser, Debbie Smith commented:

"We are really pleased to be working with Liquid Games again and this competition is an exciting opportunity for the young people from our projects across the UK to get involved".

The competition is open to all young people using NCH's services throughout the UK and will run from now until February 28th 2006.
