Myth of Empires Season 3 will officially begin on November 8 and end on January 6, 2025. The seasonal servers for this season will be PVP servers, and will not be region-locked. With the start of the new season, the Official Shop will simultaneously introduce several new Greek civilization outfits and weapon skins, interested players can check them out at that time.
Building on most of the settings from Season 2 and incorporating player feedback and suggestions, Season 3 will further optimize aspects like cross-server mechanics and multiplier settings. We believe that the adjustments will enhance the overall experience, making it more balanced. Detailed rules and settings will be announced before the start of Season 3.
Here are the main differences and adjustments for Season 3:
Increased resource gathering multipliers to shorted the growth process
In the first week, fourth week, and eighth week, the resource gathering multipliers (base values) will receive significantly higher boosts. This means that whether players join at the start of the season or midway through, their growth process will be greatly accelerated, allowing them to quickly gather battle resources and focus more on strategy development and cooperative combat.
The activation time for cross-county, cross-prefecture, and map Boundary Markers will be moved forward
In the first week, the cross-server restriction will remain in place, but the activation times for cross-county and cross-prefecture will be moved forward: cross-county will be available in the second week, and cross-prefecture in the third week. Similarly, the time for activating all map Boundary Markers will be advanced to the third week. Players will need to adapt to the faster-paced changes in gameplay for the new season.
Various optimizations will be implemented to enhance the offensive and defensive battle experience
In Season 3, the damage caused by Flamethrowers will be doubled, but the attack damage of Beast Kings and Feimeng Cannon Ammo will be slightly reduced. Additionally, the damage dealt by Ballista will be significantly lowered.
When Watchtowers and Boundary Marker structures are attacked, the damage will also be doubled, unlike Season 2, Watchtowers in Season 3 can only be placed after unlocking the corresponding guild recipes. Conversely, the damage taken by the Grizzly King when attacked by Watchtowers will be reduced, and the damage to structures inside caves will also be adjusted downward to provide some survival space in the caves.
Upgrading seasonal tally order will be easier, with the required experience reduced by 30%
The adjusted seasonal tally order rewards will be more abundant and diverse. Additionally, with the change that reduces the experience required to upgrade by 30%, players will be able to earn higher-value item rewards in a shorter time, alleviating concerns about completing tasks but facing difficulties due to experience gaps.
Other adjustments
In addition to the aforementioned changes, the base HP multiplier for horses and the durability of Giant Kongming Lantern will be further enhanced in Season 3. Furthermore, the number of lanterns appearing on the Zhongzhou map will be increased, and the Guild Shop's Copper Coin Shop will now offer Premium Farmland and High-quality Replenishing Food for sale. There are many more exciting changes to look forward to.
This concludes the main introduction to the new Season 3 of Myth of Empires. If you have any other thoughts or expectations for this season, feel free to engage with us through the official community. The Persia DLC is also in development as planned, and we welcome your feedback.
