Pauliina Tornqvist, Meta
 
Pauliina Tornqvist is a video game producer and a game industry DE&I advocate. She has worked across the U.S. and Europe at some of the world’s largest game companies, shipping titles such as Call of Duty. Currently, she oversees 3rd Party Production of VR games at Meta.
 
Lau Korsgaard Foraging on Pandora: Designing the harvesting and crafting gameplay of Avatar: Frontiers
 
What does a Na’vi feel when gathering materials on Pandora? It is hard to say, but probably not the same as we are used to feel when exploiting game worlds for valuable resources. Massive's lead game designer Lau Korsgaard shares his design process and an unexpected source of inspiration in the search for that feeling.
 
NG Conversation: The incredible rise of Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor
 
In this casual conversation between the developer Funday Games, and the publisher Ghost Ship Publishing, you will hear how the Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor project came to be, how it was developed in record time, and how the successful launch surpassed the original Deep Rock Galactic game. Hosted by Ghost Ship captain Søren Lundgaard.

NG Conversation: Meet The Alan Wake 2 composer
 
Celebrated concert producer and writer Orvar Säfström joins BAFTA-nominated Finnish composer, musician and producer Petri Alanko (Control, Quantum Break, Alan Wake) in a conversation at NG24 Spring to discuss Alanko’s musical journey, creative process and scoring Remedy Entertainment’s award-winning title, Alan Wake 2.
 
"THAT is a Level Design talk": Using curiosity and iterations to craft the Hitman Trilogy
 
This talk by IOI's Principal Game Designer Lasse Bruun Hansen focuses on how we improve approaches to Level Design implementation across the Hitman trilogy. Specific examples are used to highlight how curiosity for your game and consecutive iterations of features helped us offer new gameplay to players and allowed for more scalable productions in shorter time frames.
 
Steam Update
 
Meet Valve's Steam Business Team led by Kassidy Gerber, who will provide the NG24 Spring audience with a vivid update on the Steam platform, its features, and not least the global trends.
