Overwhelming response for Alliance of Valiant Arms Open Beta Test

16 September 2011, Thailand - PlayFPS is proud to announce the Open Beta Test ("OBT") for Alliance of Valiant Arms ("A.V.A"), the latest first-person shooter ("FPS") game, that promises the ultimate gaming experience for FPS fans and gamers. Since its launch on 1st September 2011, internet cafes around Thailand had been overflowing with gamers who were eager to play the game.

Response was so overwhelming that the PlayFPS team had to prepare new servers to support everyone who came into the game and join in the fun.  After the official launch of A.V.A in Thailand, other gamers in other Southeast Asian countries will soon be able to get a taste of the exciting game through the Play FPS portal.

In addition, PlayFPS has planned to market A.V.A. as an esports game, with the overall aim of developing the esports arena in the region. As part of its marketing strategy, the team has sent a representative team from Thailand to participate in the International e-Sport Federation ("IeSF") World Championships, to be held in Korea this October.

New modes in A.V.A, such as the AI Mode Lockdown and the Airplane content update, have also been launched and are ready to entertain gamers all around Southeast Asia such as Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Philippines.  

In conjunction with the launch of A.V.A, Play FPS is also pleased to announce the first A.V.A competition in Thailand, entitled “A.V.A Pre-Season Road to World Championship 2011."  The competition is proudly sponsorted by Tt E-Sport. The top teams will proceed to join IeSF World Championships in Korea this October.
