29 June, 2021 - Battle royale will never be the same again - publisher XD is excited to announce that Sausage Man has soft-launched in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia! Featuring explosive 100-player battles, a huge combat zone to compete in, and customizable Sausage combatants, Sausage Man is a battle royale game that lets you dominate rival Sausages in hilarious fashion with clever wits and outrageous tricks.
 

In addition to hardcore gunplay with realistic bullet physics and weapon modeling, Sausage Man’s wild and weird battle royale gameplay features a variety of gadgets and map elements that give you the freedom to come up with your own ridiculous methods of owning the competition and showing everyone that you’re the craziest Sausage of all. Turn yourself into an explosive projectile by launching yourself with a cannon! Ambush your enemies by suddenly appearing behind them with wormhole grenades! Stomp across the battlefield in an exosuit that transforms into a jet-powered vehicle! Ride like thunder with your friends atop an overweight dragon, a rainbow-powered UFO, or a fire-farting pony! There are endless opportunities to experiment with all kinds of mind-blowing antics that push the rules to their limits.
 

All the silly action takes place in two massive maps to choose from: The 8x8 km Battle Island with its gritty urban landscapes and vast plains, and Rainbow Island, a denser 4x4 km map, where combat is faster and fiercer. In addition to classic battle royale mode, the Sausage Man soft-launch build also features two Arcade Party modes for players who want fast and furious fights, namely 8v8 Team Battle mode and 28-player Quick Party mode.
 

Aspiring Sausages in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia can download and play Sausage Man now from TapTap, Google Play and the App Store, and enjoy tantalizing 14-day login rewards that include tactical supplies and wacky cosmetics. Soon, this soft-launch phase will expand to The Philippines, Thailand, and other Southeast Asian countries.
