Nearly a year after the first statements, Darkness: Prince of Shadows is preparing for a major step toward its official presentation. The development team at ActionGames.c.l.r., the well-known Italian indie studio, has released new images of the game and provided additional details on its progress, building significant anticipation among fans.


“The development of Darkness: Prince of Shadows is going smoothly, and we expect to showcase the demo in the first months of 2025,” the developers said, adding excitedly, “While waiting for that moment, we decided to share some new images that we are particularly proud of.”


In recent months, the team has focused on refining the gameplay mechanics, introducing new upgrades, improving the visual quality of the menus, and enhancing the gameplay with new battles and weapons. “We’ve worked hard to ensure a smoother and more immersive gaming experience,” they explained.


Regarding supported platforms, the developers confirmed that Darkness: Prince of Shadows will be available on Steam, where players can already add it to their wishlist. However, the console question remains uncertain. “The game will definitely be available for PC, but a possible console release is not ruled out,” they said.
