SOLO LEVELING: ARISE INVITES PLAYERS TO CONQUER A NEW DUNGEON AND DEFEAT ‘THE MONARCH OF WHITE FLAMES BARAN’

LOS ANGELES - OCTOBER 10, 2024 - Netmarble, a leading developer and publisher of high-quality mobile games, has launched a new in-game update for Solo Leveling: ARISE. Players can experience a brand-new dungeon and hunter, as well as multiple events offering valuable rewards.
 
Starting today, a new Workshop of Brilliant Light: Demons’ Castle Upper Floors Baran Raid is available to challenge players at Easy and Normal difficulty levels. Those who defeat Baran of White Flames and clear the dungeon will be rewarded a new growth system ‘Core’ and ‘Solidified Stones’, which can be used to power up the Core. 
 
The new Core system is a growth element for Sung Jinwoo and other hunters. Players can equip a Mind Core, Body Core, and Energy Core which will offer specialized effects such as Attack, Defense and Support.  
 
A new SSR hunter Gina has been introduced as part of the latest update. As a fire-type mage who is specialized in supporting her allies, Gina utilizes various skills including ‘Liberation’ that allows her to use a mana-focusing orb and release a massive blast of mana power to attack enemies. She can also grant a ‘Mana Circulation’ buff that increases all team members’ Attack and Fire damage, offering her allies a chance to deal powerful attacks. 
 
Players can also experience Sung Jinwoo’s new SSR weapon ‘Demon King's Daggers’ and costume ‘Joyful Flow’, as well as Chapter 19 and 20 on Reverse. In addition, players can now obtain the Burning Curse/Blessing/Greed Artifacts by playing Instance Dungeons and Encore Missions. 
 
Multiple limited-time events run through October 31 to mark this latest update. For the Autumn Lucky Capsule Event, players will obtain [Lucky Capsule] Event Tickets, which provides an opportunity to earn Gina’s exclusive weapon ‘The Glamour of Self-worth’, Rate Up Draw Tickets and other rewards. Rock, Paper, Scissors with Jian Event offers valuable items including Essence Stones and Heroic Skill Rune based on the number of wins, while the Daily Mission Event provides the opportunity to win Custom Draw Tickets and more. 
 
Solo Leveling: ARISE is an action game adaptation of Solo Leveling, based on the hit Webtoon. Taking on the role of Jinwoo, players can experience his level-ups and progress through the beloved webtoon tale firsthand, taking on dynamic battles and creating their own combat styles, relying on various combinations of skills and weapons. Not only can players team up with hunters from the Webtoon, they can summon their own “Army of Shadows” just like Jinwoo did when he first uttered the famous line “Arise!” in the Webtoon.
