Release date the star of the showcase at the ANZ Indie event's summer edition.

Adelaide, Australia - December 7, 2024 | Adelaide-based Andrew "VAGRIENT" Bray has announced his debut title VAGRIENT will be launching on Steam on March 21, 2025.
The release date was announced during the ANZ Indie Showcase: Summer Edition, hosted by The Indie Brew and The IndiEXP, along with a brand new trailer.
VAGRIENT is a top-down open world 2D action adventure set in a science fiction universe. You play as the titular character himself where, after being separated from his clan at war in another solar system, he must restore power to the corrupted warpgate.
In order to get back to his home planet, he'll explore a vast solar system in the hope of finding that which he desires. But the journey won't be easy; Vagrient will encounter hostile alien lifeforms and all manner of dangerous entities.
Vagrient isn't defenceless, though. In VAGRIENT, the health and energy systems are combined into one, causing the player to carefully consider their actions in both combat and puzzle-solving situations. As you progress, you'll unlock new skills that rely on your energy and gain permanent upgrades.
Relics are waiting to be discovered throughout the universe, which can be utilised to further enhance Vagrient's skills.
VAGRIENT is launching on PC (via Steam) on March 21, 2025. More updates will be shared leading up to launch on the official @VagrientGame Twitter (X) page.
