(NASDAQ: TTWO), announced today that Sid Meier will be traveling to the UK on 25th November to meet with fans of his hit series Civilization. The signing will commence at 1.00pm, will continue until around 3.00pm and will take place in HMV's superstore at 150 Oxford Street, London, W1 - nearest tube stations, Oxford Circus and Tottenham Court Road.
Sid Meier remains one of the leading lights in international games development, and his career within the industry is peppered with hit titles. He has been creating engaging and entertaining games since the early '80s, and has been the driving force behind a wide range of critically acclaimed series. Among these Civilization easily ranks as the most prominent, but Sid has also been responsible for household names like Pirates!, Railroad Tycoon and Alpha Centauri.
So, if you'd like the opportunity to meet, greet and chat to one of the founding fathers of the videogames industry, simply make your way to HMV on Friday 25th November.
