Wild Things move to stamp on grey imports
Grey importers to face "severe action" from official UK distributors Wild Things.

Wild Things | UK based accessories specialist Wild Things Interactive Ltd has moved quickly to address rumours that grey importers are offering to supply the NubyTech range of licensed accessories to UK and european retailers.
The NubyTech range, which includes the Official Street FighterTM Anniversary Controllers, DragonBall Z Super Saiyan Glow Controller and Resident Evil 4® Chainsaw Controller, are fully licensed. Wild Things holds an exclusive agreement with NubyTech Inc to supply the range in the UK and other territories.
Wild Things Interactive Ltd MD Howard Jacobson said; "Demand for the range has been feverish and unprofessional opportunists are trying to grab a piece of the action by very dubious methods. So to protect the quality and reputation of the brand, Wild Things Interactive Ltd, NubyTech Inc and the copyright holders will take severe action against importers or retailers who infringe these rights. The official product is easily recognisable to us and we can identify non-official product."
Paul Chen, President and COO of NubyTech Inc added; "The boxed product which is produced for Europe carries CE certification and adheres to European packaging specifications. Products sourced other than through the official route do not carry certification and are therefore inappropriate to sell in the EU, they are also not authorised by NubyTech to be sold in Europe"
