Unity has taken the next step in its long-running partnership with British multi-platform developer Engine Room Games, announcing today that the Engine Room devs (pictured) will henceforth be a permanent part of the Unity team.

If you're making Unity games for PlayStation hardware, this is worth noting because Engine Room has been working with Unity since 2013 to shore up the engine's support for (among other things) the Vita and the PS4.

Engine Room will continue to maintain its two offices in England and continue to focus on Unity for PlayStation platforms (including the PSVR headset) while also contributing to other areas of Unity's development.
