Unity Developer, CrowdStar

Location: Burlingame, California

CrowdStar is redefining mobile and social games for women, developing original titles and experiences unlike anything you’ve seen before. With Covet Fashion, CrowdStar has created a whole new genre of fashion entertainment.

With millions of users spending 60 minutes a day within the app, we are poised for expansion and looking for a few great, motivated Unity Developers to help build our newest unannounced mobile project.  You'll be working with a fast paced team of developers iterating on a rapidly growing codebase. Come and join a talented group of engineers!  

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement new systems and pipelines

  • Optimize and fine tune code for performance

  • Work closely with QA to help define test cases

  • Maintain existing codebase with other team member

  • Tackle new challenges that arise during development

Requirements:

  • C#/Unity 3D development experience

  • Strong knowledge of OOP, design patterns and data structures

  • Experience with version control software

  • Flexibility and willingness to learn new technologies as needed

  • Fun positive attitude

  • Ability to work well as part of a collaborative development team

  • BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent

One of more of these is a plus:

  • Multi-threaded development

  • Mobile development experience (iOS/Android) on OSX

  • 3D/Shader/OpenGL experience

  • C/C++ tool development

  • XML/JSON knowledge

  • Unity Editor programming
