In this free GDC Vault video from GDC Online 2012, ArenaNet's Cameron Dunn talks about the programming challenges of shipping its triple-A MMO without relying on monthly subscription fees to cover the server bill in a talk called Guild Wars 2 in 'Guild Wars 2: Programming the Next Generation Online World,'.
