Problems that the LED TV market need to face

  From the LED TV market and the background of the entire large market to see ,LED will gradually replace the CCFL backlight ,it is no doubt ,and it is also a good point of LED TV market. About the major challenges currently facing the LED TV market , led display manufacturers need to consider the following points:

   First,the main problem is the cost of LED TV , but also as a major TV manufacturers are also actively making active efforts to reduce costs . Of course, as the manufacturing process of maturation LED , LED itself cost will be reduced  . But in addition to the cost of the LED itself,as a component of the light guide backlight optical film ,architecture and LED driver circuit is concerned, the cost pressures will become increasingly prominent.This problem requires major upstream manufacturers to continuously improve productivity. Meanwhile, the introduction of new technologies , continue to simplify TV design , thinner light guide plates,ffewer optical film ,simpler circuit,fewer LED light bar , LED TV is the future design direction of technology, but also a best trying to reduce the cost.

   Second, as LED TV backlighting , delivery of its core components , supply chain ( light guide plate , LED , etc. ) , but also a very crucial factor. about this point,because 2010 the major LED plant to expand production capacity , currently basically solve the shortage of LED,but ther are still light guide contradiction . Therefore, as technological innovation ,it  is believed that thinner light guide plate design will be the direction of the new LED TV.

    third, the problem is solved the heat . Although with the LED luminous efficiency , thermal power consumption will be reduced accordingly tiny margin , but in the large-size LED TV,LED heat dissipation is always a stone of most TV manufacturers. High temperatures will reduce the spanlife of the LED ,but also enables organizations to more instability, will also be affected by optical , electronic components near life will be reduced, and therefore,a good thermal design is essential in the LED TV .In this regard , the use of high efficiency and product cost pressures contradiction difficult balance. As a wholesaler usually led display,after considering the cost of the system ,the introduction of some energy-efficient components , usually have better results.

   Finally , LED TV 's power consumption. It is well known in the international long Energy star and a series of energy saving LED TV institutions make requirements for LED TV's power consumption,and now the introduction of appropriate domestic also have energy efficiency labeling .in the future's LED design, particularly in some of the new TV LED backlight (e.g. 3D TV, Smart TV , etc.) , power consumption will be a serious problem . I believe that with the current global concern for the environment , China as a developing country , the government is also vigorously promote energy-saving concepts , energy consumption will become a future -oriented market.
