Flashman Studios, a business management firm in the interactive entertainment industry, announced that it has formed a strategic partnership with Reverb Communications, a game industry sales, marketing and public relations agency. The two companies will offer solutions to video game publishers and developers looking to take products from concept to the marketplace. Under the deal, Flashman Studios will provide expertise to clients in business development, corporate strategy, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and representation of intellectual properties. Reverb Communications will assist Flashman Studios and its clients with corporate and product public relations, marketing programs and distribution plans. Flashman Studios recently aligned with Jet Black Games, a development studio founded by EA veterans with a focus on developing original and licensed intellectual properties for the Nintendo DS and Wii.
