Northern Forge Studios announces the launch of the "Conqueror's Guild", a new Real-World Territory Control feature for PVP play in mobile game, Orna: the GPS RPG.

October 28th, 2024 – Ottawa, Canada – Northern Forge Studios is thrilled to unveil its largest gameplay update and flagship game feature in their fantasy MMORPG, Orna: the GPS RPG.

Launching globally on October 31st, the Conqueror’s Guild is an exciting new addition that will take the game’s exploration mechanics and territory control to new lengths, giving players epic player versus player (PvP) battles at real-world locations.

Explore, Battle, and Conquer in the Real World

Taking part in the Conqueror’s Guild, players will be encouraged to venture beyond the virtual realm in game and into their physical surroundings, to discover Settlements — key points of interest on the map that serve as battlegrounds for competitive PvP clashes.

Each Settlement offers both ruling and rewarding posts that players can fight for and ultimately claim and defend. Grand Dukes, Counts, Emperor and other titles at these posts are up for grabs throughout the Conqueror’s Guild, which is accessible to players of all levels who want to show their commanding dominance over territories.

Unlock Daily Rewards as a Settlement Emperor

Monarch leaders of Settlements are in for a treat, as they will be granted access to a set choice of exclusive daily rewards, that they can collect for themselves and also distribute to other Duke claimants of the same Settlement around them.

Maintaining control over these real-world Settlement landmarks will give those Settlers an alternative edge in the game, rewarding their dedication and strategic battle prowess when traveling around the world of Orna.
Whether you’re a seasoned veteran or a newcomer to Orna, you can claim a spot at a
Settlement and battle your way to the top, motivated by the unique rewards awaiting those who prove victorious.

Settle Where the Action Is

Settlements will tend to spawn near popular real-world points of interest, giving players the opportunity to take over recognizable and meaningful locations in their surroundings. From parks to other points of interest landmarks, players can battle for supremacy in local communities and places that matter.

The Conqueror's Guild promises to bring a fresh, immersive dimension to Orna: the GPS RPG, blending the boundaries of the real and virtual worlds like never before. To ensure that a conquering legacy remains, players will also be able to leave public messages on Carving Stones located at each Settlement, adding another new layer of strategy and interaction to the experience.
