London, United Kingdom – 8 November 2023: To commemorate the start of the festive season and celebrate the spirit of connectivity, Pokémon is launching a free-of-charge pop-up experience encouraging children and families to share the joy of Pokémon Together by starting their journey with some special Pokémon-themed Post!
The Poké Post pop-up experience gives you the choice of either a Pikachu or Eevee Trading Card Game gift pack to post to someone special this holiday season. Each gift pack contains a corresponding Pokémon Together promo card of Pikachu or Eevee and a Scarlet & Violet Trading Card Game Fun Pack. There’s also a second gift pack that is yours to keep!*
This one-day pop-up experience will tour across select cities in the UK, France and Germany for six weeks between 18 November – 19 December 2023 and encourages new Trainers to share the joy of Pokémon with family and friends to help bring them together during the festive season.
Peter Murphy, Senior Director of Marketing at The Pokémon Company International comments: “If there is someone in your life that would love to receive a Pokémon-themed surprise through the post this winter, then this is the place to sign them up! We can’t wait to welcome the new generation of Pokémon Trainers who are starting their journey with someone special this holiday.”
The Poké Post pop up will be present at the following locations between 10am – 7:30pm local time:
Saturday 18 November: Castle Street, Edinburgh
Wednesday 22 November: The Hayes, Cardiff
Saturday 25 November: Place de La Défense, Paris
Saturday 2 December: Westfield La Part-Dieu, Lyon
Wednesday 6 December: Pasing Arcaden, Munich
Saturday 9 December: Mercedes Platz, Berlin
Saturday 16 December: Ruhr Park, Bochum
Tuesday 19 December: Queen's Walk, London
The Poké Post pop-up experience will also feature photo opportunities and Pikachu and Eevee appearances.
