Singapore, February 22, 2022 — Global interactive entertainment brand HoYoverse announced that its romance detective title, Tears of Themis, will embark players on a romantic trip to storied lands of wine and culture! Players can choose either Artem or Vyn to accompany them on their adventures and create unforgettable memories together! Complete both travel routes to obtain the "Leisurely Getaway" Badge, S-Chips, SR Selection Stars, and other generous rewards!
The main story of Tears of Themis takes place in the fictitious city of Stellis, where players kick off their legal career as a rookie attorney, solving cases and issues by conducting investigations and debates. When the darkness hidden beneath finally unveils itself, a sinister force that threatens justice and order slowly begins to surface. The four male protagonists with distinct personalities, also known as the members of the NXX Investigation Team, will provide continuous support and assistance throughout this journey. Relationships blossom with the establishment of mutual trust and close cooperation.
The limited-time event "Romantic Rail Getaway - Treasured Time with Him" will be available from February 25 to March 13. Attorneys will be invited on a rail trip abroad. Choose a journey of exquisite wine and culture or a journey rich in historical heritage – or perhaps both! Each travel route has five destinations, and the train arrives at a different one each day. Players can use AP to check in at these destinations and enjoy the beautiful sights of landscapes abroad. Complete a travel route to receive Stellin, card level-up materials, and more! The free event R cards, Artem "Sweet Tastes" and Vyn "Whole New Experience," can also be earned after completing all content in the corresponding route. Please be aware that the two male leads' travel routes cannot be simultaneously explored.
Players experiences will be recorded in the Travel Diary to memorialize sweet memories. Stellin, card level-up materials, and other rich bonuses can be obtained by completing daily tasks. Furthermore, character-specific travel voice lines will be unlocked after finishing the day's travel route story. Each male lead has a total of 10 exclusive voice lines!
During the event, two limited SSRs will receive a rate-up in the "Romantic Rail Getaway" event Shadow of Themis: Artem SSR "Sunshine After the Rain" and Vyn SSR "Food for Thought"! New dynamic Invitations for the "Romantic Rail Getaway" event, "Lombardia Travels" and "Countryside Outing," will also be available to purchase for a limited time. Players can enjoy a discount on these Invitations after completing the travel route of the corresponding male lead!
In addition to the limited-time event, Main Story Episode 6 "A Vicious Cycle (I)" will be released on 2022/3/4 11:00 (UTC+9). Prepare join a heart-racing investigation into the death of a college student at her part-time job. Attorneys will delve into the case and unearth the truth of her demise from within a tortuous chaos. Complete Main Story Episode 6 (I) to obtain many rewards!
Tears of Themis officially launched on July 29 on both Android and iOS.
